Shipping & Order Information 

 Due to COVID-19 please expect slight delays in shipping and delivery. Thank you for your understanding. 

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and mailed through CanadaPost at a flate rate. Estimated shipping time is 5-10 busines days. 

Canada Post does not guarantee delivery times; shipping dates posted at checkouts are approximated as there may be issues with the mailing service that are out of my control. 

When preparing your item for shipment, I use the utmost care and consideration to ensure your items are protected and packed safely and securely.

Please expect longer wait times due to COVID-19 and during HOLIDAY rush periods and postal strikes. During holidays Canada Post estimates approximate shipping times are usually about 1-2 weeks behind. With COVID-19 this may be increased, so please be mindful of these wait times when you consider making an order. Please consider ordering early to avoid disappointment.

Please note at this time we only accept and ship orders in Canada.

Returns & Exchanges 

For Greeting Cards and Art Prints: I only accept returns and exchanges on defective products, or products damaged during shipping. If this has happened, please contact me at petitepressart@gmail.com for a replacement product or refund.  

For Limited Edition Products such as Washi Tape, Journals, Art Books, Stickers and Gift Tags: Due to the nature of these products being One-of-a-Kind or limited edition there may be no replacement available. If this is the case a full refund will be given.  

*Please include a photograph of the damaged product and packaging.

All illustrations, photos, products and designs are copyright and may not be copied or otherwise reproduced without the expressed permission by me, Chloe Marentette. Copyright does not transfer with the sale of any item.

By ordering any of my products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

I reserve the right to remove or replace certain products or images from the online store and website at any time. This may include making the store and cart function temporarily closed during site maintenance. I thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Any sensitive information that may relate to your name, your email address, mailing address or other personal information provided will be treated with the utmost care and sensitivity. Unless instigated by you (the customer) I will only make contact with you if I have questions or require clarity regarding your order, or if I need to make changes to your order. Please know that at any time, you may also opt out of any newsletter subscriptions should that feature become available in the future.
